duobuds are not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All money received will be refunded immediately.
duobuds strives to ship orders within 24 hours.
duobuds will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
If we envisage any delivery problems we will make all reasonable attempts to notify you using the details you have provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. duobuds can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Acceptance of the goods
All stock is quality checked prior to shipping. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods and notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be any faults.
Any faulty goods which we deem is the responsibility of duo buds will be replaced at our expense.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. If an order ships outside of Australia, there may be duties and taxes added by the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to check how their local customs office charges incoming packages.
